PRAYER
At UC Academy, we are committed to praying for our students and alumni, especially as you are sent off to impact the world for Christ! No matter what season of life you find yourself in, we would love to continue lifting you and your loved ones up in prayer. Please let us know how we can be praying for you by submitting your prayer request below.
“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 1:3-6
We invite you to join our community as we remain in constant prayer for the following:
A Time of Thanksgiving
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.” Philippians 4:6
Pray for Salvation
“Therefore, he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” Hebrews 7:25
Pray for UCA Families and Alumni (Parents, children, marriages, financial needs)
“This is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.” I John 5:14
Pray for Healing (for those who are sick)
“Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” James 5:16
Pray for our School Leadership, Teachers & Staff
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” Ephesians 6:18
Pray for our Country & Our Leaders
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all peoples – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” I Timothy 2:1-2
Pray for Forgiveness
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
A Time of Worship & Praise (acknowledge Jesus for who he is and what he has done)
“…Stand up and praise the Lord your God, who is from everlasting to everlasting. Blessed be your glorious name, and may it be exalted above all blessing and praise.” Nehemiah 9:5
