What I love about UC Academy: I love that we get to teach about the Lord in every subject all through the day! I also love all the friendships I have made and continue to have with our wonderful parents and students. I love seeing when children “get” a concept – they get so excited and proud of themselves!
Purpose of Program
The Academic Success Program (ASP) provides assistance/accommodations to meet the learning needs of exceptional students. The goal of this support is to equip the student to achieve his/her full potential in a regular classroom environment.

Tier 1 Instructional Accommodations
Based on individual needs, Academic Success Program services may include:
- Coordinate reviews and updates of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Service Plan (ISP)
- Create, implement and monitor Student Accommodation Plan (SAP)
- Facilitate collaboration of faculty, families and other stakeholders
- Coordinate accommodations (ex. test readers, alternate testing environments)
- Provide advocacy and progress reports as needed
Tier 2 Academic Intervention
Based on individual needs, academic support services may include:
- Weekly pull-out intervention to facilitate growth in reading, writing, and mathematics
- Individualized learning programs that include an integrated curriculum
- Offers a flexible schedule of individual and small-group learning opportunities
- Includes coaching in study skills, organization, and test preparation
Additional Support Services
Based on individual needs, academic support services may include:
- Skooli digital tutoring platform
- Speech and language development, including screenings, direct speech therapy, and social skills groups
- Applied behavior analysts and instructional assistants
