Welcome to United Christian Academy’s Visual, Performing, and Worship Arts department! I am honored to be serving the Lord and our students in this department. We are so blessed to have such a vibrant, talented, and diverse community of students that reflect the artistic God we serve.
The Visual, Performing, and Worship Arts department aspires to affirm UCA’s mission in equipping students to impact their world for Christ using the arts as an avenue to cultivate a Biblical and worship-centered campus. We will be a program that is committed to proclaiming rich Biblical truth led by the Holy Spirit, embodied through song, dance, instruments, and visual art. (Col. 3:16)
Our primary goal is to provide meaningful opportunities for students to glorify God by honing their God-given skills and talents and exhibiting them to the community.
The arts are a necessary part of human life, facilitating emotional, physical, and social expression; and thus, we seek to offer every student every opportunity to encounter and experience the arts in its several forms. It is our ultimate aim that each experience would draw the students closer to their Creator, the original artist who has created us in His image.
I am so thrilled to be a part of what God is doing in this growing communitiy through the arts. We look forward to you coming to our school as we partner together to give your student the best opportunities as they develop and grow.
