Online Tutoring with Skooli
UC Academy has partnered with Skooli, an online tutoring service, to provide our students with academic support from licensed teachers. All UC Academy students will receive 90 minutes of free tutoring when they sign up on UC Academy’s online tutoring page.
Using Skooli, UC Academy students can connect with licensed teachers in a digital classroom. Online tutoring with Skooli allows students to pursue education goals through personalized learning with tutors who have been screened to ensure the highest quality learning.
The Skooli online classroom has been custom built to support academic success. Features include an interactive whiteboard, instant chat with file sharing, HD audio and video communication, and accessibility from mobile devices, tablets, and personal computers.
Skooli offers service across 1700 subjects, including math homework help, chemistry tutoring, physics help, Spanish tutors, and SAT prep. To get started, sign up and use code [UCA] for 90 minutes of free online tutoring!
Skooli’s features for parents
Online tutoring with Skooli is safe and secure. The Skooli experience was designed with parents in mind and there are some great features just for them.
Parents can manage children’s accounts, which allows them to control balance for each child, add/remove child accounts as needed, and receive notifications when sessions are scheduled or completed. They can also impersonate a child’s account, which means they can view messages between tutor and child and set up tutoring sessions with tutors of their choosing.
